A few weeks ago I went to Birmingham to visit a friend. During my visit, obviously I had to hit the SHOPS!! whilst shopping in the Bullring shopping centre I noticed that they had a big Vero Moda Store. OMG!! we don't have one of theses in London. I had to go in there and check it out, and I was actually liking some of their stuff, and purchased me a beautiful grey jacket, which i must say I am Absolutely Loving!
Anyway after a few days of being back in London, I was walking down Oxford Street and look what I saw..

So my alarm went off and I was reminded that it was Vero Moda's Opening..... Let's GO!
Off I went to Oxford Steet to see what was really going down......
WOW! the Que was booming of girls.... I think it was because they were giving the 1st 100 girls in line a Gold Bag... Gold bag? if you were lucky enough to be one of the 100 girls first in line, you received a gold bag, which entitled you to £150 worth of FREE Items in store... woooohooo I was soo glad to be within the 100 girls.... a £150 free shopping spree... HELLO! (my ideal day)
the clock strike 10am, the Vero moda doors were opened, and the 1st 100 girls (including me) walked the gold carpet to get our supermarket sweep on..!!
The store was soo packed it was unbelievable! They had a DJ set up in store, playing our favourite chart songs, free sweets/chocolate, and lovely friendly staff. I would like to apologise for not getting any in store pic, due to the fact that the store was packed of people, no inside pics were allowed! but I promise to go back in store and get some hot shots for you guys.
The Girls that did not quite make the 100, got silver bags which entitled you to buy one get one free on any item in store... still pretty good!
Later on during the day Vero Moda gave people another chance to get a change to have a £150 shopping spree!
The Vero Moda team had staff outside holding balloons, which were going to be poped and loads of Free goodies released....
paparazzi and loads of shoppers crowed the streets waiting for the explosion of freebies...
one pull of the string that this lady is holding and the balloons will pop, and all goodies will fill the the street... wooohooo
sorry guys I didn't get anymore shots after this, as i was too busy trying to grab all the freebies LOL
all in all it was a great day, Vero Moda had people Hocked to the shop for the day, and loads of people left very happy with their buys for the day. some got a free shopping spree, some got 2 for 1... Good day!
Once I have had enough of all the freebies I manged to grab, I will defo be back to shop at Vero Moda...they have some good affordable bits in store. Nothing spectacular but they are OK. for those that do not know about Vero Moda, It is an alright shop, I would say that they are in between Zara and H&M.
